Day 21 : Plant foods have a complete amino acids composition

I was shocked that people nowadays is still misunderstood that a pure vegetarian diet could hardly provide complete protein sources in daily food intake. However, we have to aware that we do not need a single plant to provide all the essential amino acids, but a combination of different plants-based diet is adequate or more than enough to meet the minimal amino acids requirement.
