Day 41 : Should we floss before or after brushing?

The order doesn't matter so much.

Flossing is the best way to combat plaque from building up conoly between your teeth. The bacteria floating around in your mouth everyday when transferring via food. They don't harm your teeth but they only harm the teeth when they have attached to the teeth and form a layer called as plaque. It normally takes 24-48 hours for the bacteria to build up, therefore dislodging it once a day using floss should keep your teeth and gums healthy.

Plaque that is not removed can harden into tartar, a hard mineral deposit that forms on teeth and can only be removed through professional cleaning by a dental professional. When this happens, brushing and cleaning between teeth become more difficult, and gum tissue can become swollen or may bleed. This condition is called gingivitis, the early stage of gum disease.
Always brush at least twice a day and floss at least once a day.

When flossing, you shouldn’t just move the floss up and down in the crevices between your teeth. Make a C-shape with the floss and wrap it around your teeth because that way you can clean the whole area.
