Day 49 : Eating bananas with empty stomach?

There are saying about it is not good to eat bananas with an empty stomach.

It is because bananas are rich in magnesium. Some websites stated that eating too many bananas with empty stomach can lead to a spike of magnesium intake in our blood and eventually disturb the cardiovascular system. In simple word, it is not good to the heart.

However, excessive intake of magnesium only happens when we consume more than 55 bananas at once. Consider about the bio-availability of natural food too, a banana contains a lot of nutrients but only a part of them can be absorbed completely to the body blood.
