Day 126: Why I need a pillow to sleep?

1. To maintain the correct alignment of the spine.

2. To de-stress the lower neck. (Imagine you're sleeping with you head on one shoulder over eight hours, that most likely to cause a sore neck the next day)

Therefore, using a pillow is a good idea. The pillow should be at the same height as the width of your shoulder and that depends on the position of your neck and your body’s natural posture.
